  19. In Windows NT, if you use the NET TIME /DOMAIN command and your
  20. current domain name contains extended characters and the Domain
  21. Controller is unavailable, the domain name may be incorrectly mapped
  22. and/or truncated in the following error message:

  24.    Could not find the domain controller for domain <domainname>.

  31. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1
  32. and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. We are researching this
